Get to Know Me

Tara is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and a graduate of the Rehabilitation and Addictions Counseling master’s program at Saint Cloud State University. She pulls primarily from CBT and has a strengths-based approach. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking walks with her dog. She also enjoys reading and educating herself on the most up to date evidenced based practices. Tara wants to help clients gain more self-awareness and provide an environment that empowers them and helps them to feel safe and understood.
